1. Create a free Flickr account.
If you don't already have a Flickr account, you can create one. Don't worry: it's free, quick and easy.

Start here: http://flickr.com/signup/

2. Take pictures or create videos.
Use your cell phone or digital camera to capture PSRW events or anything that celebrates public service.

3. Add your pictures to your Flickr page.
Be sure to tag your photos with term "PSRW" so they will be found via a search of that keyword.

4. Join the Public Service Recognition Week Flickr Group
Simply click on the "Join" link at: http://flickr.com/groups/psrw/

5. Share your photos to the group.
Go to your personal Flickr page and click into one of your PSRW photos. You will notice a link over the photo: "Send to Group." Click and choose "Public Service Recognition Week." That's it! You're done!
